The project proposes a highly sustainable residential neighborhood in the Czech Republic, organized around a network of green voids that bring daylight, natural cooling, biodiversity, and new views into the development. These shared landscapes—including a green promenade, community gardens, and planted roofs—create spaces for social interaction and foster a strong collective identity. A timber-hybrid structure combined with natural materials such as rammed earth reduces embodied carbon while improving thermal storage, acoustic comfort, and fire protection. A diverse mix of apartment sizes further supports an inclusive and socially balanced community.
