OBW Mobility Hub Nr.7

Mobility Hub No. 7 combines parking, shared mobility, retail, workspaces, and public amenities within a flexible timber structure. An open vertical circulation system connects the neighborhood square with the parking levels, urban balconies, and a public rooftop terrace, transforming the building into a lively meeting place rather than a conventional garage.

Designed for long-term adaptability, the hub integrates bicycle facilities, car-sharing, charging infrastructure, naturally ventilated parking, façade planting, photovoltaic panels, and roof retention areas. Its modular timber construction reduces embodied carbon and allows future conversion or partial dismantling as mobility needs evolve.
