OBW Mobility Hub Nr.7

Mobility Hub No. 6 combines automated parking, shared mobility, commercial uses, and public amenities within an adaptable timber–steel hybrid structure. A generous outdoor staircase extends the neighborhood square onto a public rooftop landscape with co-working areas, recreation, a restaurant, and a rooftop bar, creating a new social destination and viewpoint over Oberbillwerder.

Alternative mobility services, bicycle parking, charging infrastructure, and convenient transfer points support seamless first- and last-mile travel. Designed as a long-term material bank, the building can be partially dismantled and converted into offices or other uses as parking demand decreases. Green façades, photovoltaic elements, planted roofs, and water-retention areas reinforce its ambition for climate-neutral construction and operation.
